We attended a square dance event in Blyth on the long weekend and were looking for something different to try. It was suggested that we venture to the White Carnation as they have an exceptional Sunday buffet. We were not disappointed.  There was an amazing variety that was artfully displayed. AND it didn't just look good, it all tasted superb.  The desserts were " to die for " !  It was an excellent way to celebrate my birthday.
